How long of service do you offer?
All of our packages offer 5 hours of serivce. This is broken up into 1 hour for cocktail, 1 hours for dinner, and 3 hours for intros, specialty dances, and open dance floor.
How do you help us plan our wedding?
This is a very common question! We have a very thorough and organized system to help plan your special day. Once booked with us we send over our planning guides. These ceremony and reception planning guides walk you step by step through a Red Tie wedding in the order of our typical wedding. We allow you to choose the formalities you want with accompanying songs, all with our help if needed. The great thing about weddings is that they are customizable and we can move around anything you want. After all its your day. We lay down the ground work and work with your ideal dream wedding to coordinate the order of events.
Do you offer Photobooth services?
Yes! We offer touchless photobooth services starting at $500 for 3 hours.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes we do. We require a 30% retainer fee due at the signing of the contract. The remaining 70% balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, Venmo, and Zelle.
What do you do in emergencies if my DJ can not make my event?
We always send out pairs to each event, a main DJ and DJ assistant. If something were to happen to your main DJ the DJ assistant is trained to fully handle perfoming at your event.
Is the ceremony coverage included in your packages?
The ceremony coverage is not included in our packages. There will be an additional $250 charge for the ceremony coverage. Our ceremony services include one microphone, speaker, and music coverage. We do offer the option for multiple mics.
Do you MC our event?
Yes we do. We like to think of ourselves as the DJ, MC, and day planner. With your help we create an hour by hour day of timeline derived from our step by step planning forms we fill out together. This timeline is our script that helps us coordinate with the other vendors and communicate to your guests whats happening next. We really are the main person of an event that helps the day flow smoothly.
